- Develop and implement learning and engagement initiatives to support the professional development of employees.
- Collaborate with leadership team to identify training needs and develop customized programs to address those needs.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry best practices in learning and development.
- Design and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences, including workshops, seminars, and online courses.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
- Partner with external vendors and subject matter experts to develop and deliver training programs.
- Communicate learning and development opportunities to employees and promote participation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the organization's goals, objectives, and priorities to align learning and development programs with the organization's needs.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall employee experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand their needs and promote learning and development opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in learning and development to continuously improve programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and track employee participation and feedback on learning and development programs to measure their impact and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on learning and development activities and outcomes.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, regulations, and laws related to learning and development.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Innovative Learning And Engagement Programs In A Scientific Or Academic Setting.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Prioritize, And Execute Multiple Initiatives Simultaneously.
Demonstrated Success In Building And Maintaining Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Faculty, Staff, Students, And Community Partners.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.
