
Human Resources Generalist
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, enters data into HR systems within established timeframes. Enters data for payroll and benefits processing, and performs other administrative tasks for the operations of Human Resources. Coordinates employee benefit enrollment with multiple benefit vendors. Processes employee leave of absence requests. Consults with manager on special issues. Serves as a back-up for Employee Relations issues.
SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR
Must be able to manage a large workload with a high degree of accuracy
A minimum of 3 years of responsible work experience in HR or Payroll
