
Care Management Nurse
As a Care Management Nurse at The University of Kansas Health System, you will be responsible for providing consistent, high-quality care to our patients. You will collaborate with other members of the health care team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care and have a positive experience. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for patient-centered care.
