Job Description

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. In this role, you will provide quality pharmaceutical care and services to our patients, in accordance with the standards of practice established by the Kansas State Board of Pharmacy and The University of Kansas Health System. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a commitment to patient safety, and a passion for helping others.To be successful in this role, you must have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy, a current Kansas pharmacist license, and at least one year of clinical pharmacy practice experience. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with patients and healthcare providers, and utilizing technology to meet patient needs. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide quality pharmaceutical care and services to patients in accordance with established standards of practice.

  8. Adhere to all relevant regulations and policies.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  10. Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes.
