Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to patients and other healthcare personnel.
  2. Determine and assess patient financial eligibility for healthcare services.
  3. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure optimal outcomes.
  4. Resolve patient financial issues in a timely manner.
  5. Maintain accurate records of patient financial information.
  6. Process payments and verify accuracy of billing statements.
  7. Educate patients on their financial responsibilities and payment options.
  8. Monitor and collect outstanding debts from patients.
  9. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  10. Respond to inquiries from patients and other healthcare personnel.
