As a Patient Scheduling Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance information, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: • Scheduling patient appointments and verifying insurance information • Providing excellent customer service to patients • Answering patient inquiries • Assisting with patient registration and check-in • Filing and maintaining patient records • Maintaining patient databases and health information systems • Assisting with procedure and office protocol • Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate scheduling of appointments • Working collaboratively with a team to provide high-quality care • Troubleshooting and resolving scheduling conflicts • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
