The University of Kansas Health System is in search of a PRN Breast Imaging Secretary to join our world-class team. Responsibilities of a PRN Breast Imaging Secretary:

  1. Greeting patients and their families in a professional manner.
  2. Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
  3. Assisting with registration of patients and verifying insurance information.
  4. Handling patient inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Preparing medical records and other documents for patient visits.
  6. Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  7. Managing the daily workflow of the medical office.
  8. Assisting physicians in preparing for patient visits.
  9. Processing patient payments and filing insurance claims.
  10. Updating patient information in the medical records system.
  11. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
