  1. Conduct extensive research to understand the characters and stories being adapted for the big screen.
  2. Collaborate with the director, producers, and studio executives to identify the vision for each character and the overall casting direction.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with talent agencies, agents, and actors to identify potential candidates for roles.
  4. Organize and conduct auditions, callbacks, and chemistry readings to find the best performers for each role.
  5. Evaluate and analyze audition tapes, headshots, and resumes to determine the most suitable actors for each role.
  6. Negotiate and secure contracts with actors, agents, and their representatives.
  7. Work closely with the production team to ensure that the chosen actors meet all physical and technical requirements for their roles.
  8. Continuously monitor and track the progress of actors throughout the casting process.
  9. Provide guidance and feedback to actors to help them improve their performances.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure that the casting choices align with current market demands.
  11. Represent the company and maintain a professional image when interacting with actors, agents, and other industry professionals.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and publicity, to promote the cast and create buzz around upcoming projects.
  13. Ensure that all casting decisions adhere to the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation of casting decisions, contracts, and other relevant information.
  15. Travel as needed for auditions and casting events.
  16. Uphold the Disney brand and its values in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
