- Coordinate and manage all aspects of Disney Imagination events, including planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure a seamless and magical experience for guests.
- Create and maintain event timelines, budgets, and other necessary documentation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all vendors, partners, and suppliers involved in Disney Imagination events.
- Assist in the development and implementation of creative ideas and concepts for Disney Imagination events.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Communicate with guests and provide exceptional customer service to address any concerns or inquiries.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve Disney Imagination events.
- Coordinate and oversee event logistics, such as venue selection, transportation, and accommodations.
- Manage event materials and supplies, ensuring they are ordered, delivered, and organized appropriately.
- Assist with on-site event management, including set-up, registration, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote Disney Imagination events and generate excitement and interest.
- Track and report on event metrics and provide recommendations for future events.
- Uphold The Walt Disney Company's brand standards and ensure all events align with company values.
- Act as a brand ambassador for The Walt Disney Company and represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Marketing, Communications, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Event Coordination, Project Management, Or Similar Role.
Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
