- Develop and implement strategic financial planning and analysis for corporate divisions to support overall business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Lead a team of financial analysts to gather and analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Create and maintain accurate and timely financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide financial expertise and support for various projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement, and develop action plans to drive profitability.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform financial planning and analysis.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of financial models and tools to support forecasting and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
