- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for the Adventures and Expeditions division.
- Lead a team of marketing and sales professionals to drive growth and achieve revenue targets for Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, and Disney Vacation Club.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new adventure and expedition offerings.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, including allocating resources for various campaigns and initiatives.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies and make necessary adjustments to drive results.
- Foster strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to enhance the division's marketing and sales efforts.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with Disney's brand and messaging across all marketing and sales materials.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the adventure travel industry, including competitors, consumer trends, and emerging markets.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the division's marketing and sales processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent Disney's Adventures and Expeditions division at industry events and conferences.
- Uphold Disney's commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences and ensure all marketing and sales efforts align with this mission.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Marketing And Sales Strategy, Preferably In The Travel Or Adventure Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Marketing And Sales Strategies For New And Existing Products.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team To Achieve Goals And Objectives.
Extensive Knowledge Of Adventure And Expedition Travel Trends, Customer Demographics, And Industry Competitors.
