1. Develop and implement legal strategies and initiatives to support the overall business goals and objectives of The Walt Disney Company.
2. Provide expert legal advice to senior management on a variety of business matters, including but not limited to contracts, intellectual property, and corporate transactions.
3. Oversee the negotiation and drafting of complex contracts and agreements with various partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
4. Manage and supervise a team of legal professionals to ensure the timely and accurate execution of legal services.

14. Serve as a trusted advisor and counselor to senior management on sensitive and confidential legal matters.
