- Oversee and manage all aspects of global HR operations for The Walt Disney Company.
- Develop and implement HR operational strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Analyze and track HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of HR operations with overall business strategies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Manage and maintain HR systems, databases, and files to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams globally on HR operational processes and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to HR operations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR operations to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Train and onboard new HR team members on company policies, procedures, and systems.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to HR operations as assigned by management.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company's values and culture.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Previous Experience In A Hr Operations Or Similar Role, Preferably In A Global Organization
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Hris And Payroll
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Teams And Cultures
Proven Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Efficiency In Hr Operations.
