Job Description

Our Guest Experience Team at The Walt Disney Company is passionate about creating magical experiences for our guests. We are looking for a Guest Experience Manager to join our team and take our guest service to the next level. The successful candidate will be a knowledgeable and friendly individual with exceptional people skills and the ability to create a memorable experience for our guests.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment environment. They should be a creative problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will also be comfortable taking initiative and working both independently and as part of a team. Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk, and familiarity with Disney properties is a plus.If you have the dedication and skills to exceed our guests’ expectations and become a valued member of the Guest Experience Team, we look forward to hearing from you!
