  1. Conduct research and provide support for labor relations projects and initiatives.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of labor relations strategies and policies.
  3. Maintain and update labor relations databases and records.
  4. Attend meetings and take notes on discussions related to labor relations.
  5. Prepare presentations and reports on labor relations topics for management and internal stakeholders.
  6. Communicate with employees and union representatives to address questions and concerns.
  7. Assist in the negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements.
  8. Stay up-to-date on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, including legal and HR, to ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in labor relations.
  11. Provide administrative support to the labor relations team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
  12. Contribute to the development and maintenance of positive working relationships with labor unions.
  13. Handle confidential information related to labor relations with discretion and professionalism.
  14. Identify potential areas for improvement in labor relations processes and procedures.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of The Walt Disney Company by actively participating in company-wide initiatives and projects.
