Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Merchandise Seller to join our team and help spread joy to our guests. As a Merchandise Seller, you will have the opportunity to showcase your sales skills while working with our beloved Disney characters and products.   1. Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner to create a positive shopping experience.
  2. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Disney products, characters, and brand to assist guests with their purchases.
  3. Utilize effective sales techniques to promote and sell merchandise to guests, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized merchandise area, including restocking and arranging products in an attractive manner.
  5. Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Continuously learn and stay updated on new and existing Disney products to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for guests.
  9. Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures, while handling cash and inventory.
  10. Support merchandise displays and promotions, including setting up and taking down displays and signage.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing The Walt Disney Company and its values.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador and actively promote Disney merchandise and experiences to guests.
  13. Proactively identify and communicate any issues or concerns with merchandise or guest experiences to management.
  14. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  15. Adhere to all company and legal regulations, including health and safety procedures, while on the job.
