  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive asset protection strategies and protocols for all Disney properties and assets.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in company operations and assets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective security measures and protocols to prevent and mitigate potential risks.
  4. Monitor and analyze security data and trends to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance asset protection.
  5. Lead and oversee investigations into potential security breaches or incidents and provide timely and accurate reports to senior management.
  6. Develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure adherence to company security policies and procedures.
  7. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in asset protection and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  8. Conduct regular audits and inspections of company assets, facilities, and operations to ensure compliance with security protocols and identify potential risks.
  9. Establish and maintain relationships with external security agencies and law enforcement to ensure prompt and effective response to security incidents.
  10. Create and maintain emergency response plans and protocols for various scenarios to ensure the safety of guests and employees in the event of an emergency.
  11. Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to asset protection across the company.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on asset protection and security matters and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  13. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  14. Uphold the company's brand and reputation by ensuring the highest standards of security and asset protection are maintained at all times.
  15. Foster a culture of safety and security throughout the company by promoting awareness and accountability among employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Or Risk Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures, Including Cctv Systems, Access Controls, And Intrusion Detection Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
