Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement safety programs and initiatives in accordance with industry standards and regulations, with a focus on ergonomics.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
4. Provide training and education to employees on ergonomics and safe work practices.

6. Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures, ensuring they are up to date and in line with best practices.
7. Investigate and report on incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
8. Keep up to date with industry developments and advancements in ergonomics to continuously improve safety practices.
9. Communicate and consult with management and employees on safety issues and recommendations.
10. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential safety risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
11. Monitor and track safety metrics to measure the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives.
12. Serve as a subject matter expert on ergonomics and provide guidance and support to other team members.
13. Participate in safety committees and meetings to provide insights and recommendations for improving safety.
14. Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations related to safety and ensure compliance.
15. Act as a liaison with external safety organizations and agencies to stay informed on industry best practices and trends.
