Responsibilities:

1. Identify and attract top talent for a variety of positions across the company.
2. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates.
3. Utilize the latest sourcing and recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems (ATSs) and social media platforms.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
5. Manage the recruitment process, from initial contact with the candidate to onboarding.
6. Foster partnerships with universities, alumni associations, and other relevant institutions.
7. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the recruiting landscape and industry trends.
8. Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics and progress.
9. Create and implement recruiting campaigns.
10. Proactively identify new opportunities for improvement and suggest innovative ideas.
