Job Description

Act as primary Point of Contact for all global Virtual Race offerings including, theming development, product offering, on-sale dates, pricing strategy and P&L development. Ensure implementation of new platform enhancements to allow for phase approach for international sales expansion. Digital advancement to enhance virtual experiences and race tracking/submission to provide incredible guest experiences. Oversea Style Guide development with merchandise partners for both onsite events and virtual portfolios across the runDisney brand. Ensure all partners are meeting creative deadlines while gaining Legal approvals to ensure orders for amenities can remain on crucial timelines for both onsite and virtual races across the runDisney brand.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience at Walt Disney World or at least 3+ years of experience working in running industry

  • Deep familiarity with Disney Parks Operations and Marketing

  • Comfort with a large portfolio and possess strong communication, collaboration, and creative skills

  • Ability to analyze and articulate value and ROI

  • Experience working with creative teams to ensure the creative execution delivers on identified business objectives
