Job Description

Are you a highly experienced Sr. Software Engineer with a passion for ServiceNow? The Walt Disney Company is currently looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to join us and help in the development of our ServiceNow platform. If you have a background in software engineering and a strong understanding of ServiceNow, we want to hear from you!The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow, experience with customizing ServiceNow, and be able to work independently with minimal guidance. We’re looking for someone who is driven and passionate about software engineering, and is looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact at The Walt Disney Company.To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 5 years of experience in software engineering, and 3 years of experience developing custom solutions using ServiceNow. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop solutions and customizations for the ServiceNow platform.
  2. Troubleshoot and debug software related issues.
  3. Write, modify, and test software code.
  4. Create and maintain technical documentation.
  5. Monitor and analyze system performance and stability.
  6. Rotate on-call support duties.
  7. Perform system maintenance and upgrades.
  8. Research and recommend new technologies.
  9. Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards.
  10. Collaborate with other software engineers to develop solutions.
