- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy that supports the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage all aspects of talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive and equitable workplace for all employees.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address talent gaps and implement solutions to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on talent management, learning and development, and DE&I best practices.
- Develop and monitor key metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of talent and DE&I initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent management, learning and development, and DE&I to continuously improve our processes and programs.
- Serve as a visible and influential leader, championing our company's culture, values, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Extensive Experience In Talent Management, Learning And Development, And Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion (De&I) Strategies At A Large, Global Organization.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful De&I Initiatives, Including Training Programs, Recruitment Strategies, And Retention Efforts.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee A Large Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Partners To Achieve Organizational Goals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Current De&I Trends And Best Practices, As Well As The Ability To Adapt And Innovate In A Constantly Changing Landscape.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders And Effectively Communicate The Importance Of De&I To All Levels Of The Organization.
