  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy that supports the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage all aspects of talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
  3. Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees.
  4. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
  5. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive and equitable workplace for all employees.
  6. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address talent gaps and implement solutions to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  7. Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on talent management, learning and development, and DE&I best practices.
  8. Develop and monitor key metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of talent and DE&I initiatives.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent management, learning and development, and DE&I to continuously improve our processes and programs.
  10. Serve as a visible and influential leader, championing our company's culture, values, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Talent Management, Learning And Development, And Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion (De&I) Strategies At A Large, Global Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful De&I Initiatives, Including Training Programs, Recruitment Strategies, And Retention Efforts.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee A Large Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Partners To Achieve Organizational Goals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Current De&I Trends And Best Practices, As Well As The Ability To Adapt And Innovate In A Constantly Changing Landscape.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders And Effectively Communicate The Importance Of De&I To All Levels Of The Organization.
