Talent Advisor

This is a hands-on position that requires interaction and visibility with all levels of the organization. Manages the full cycle recruiting process including, conducting intake calls with hiring manager, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and preparing offers. Foster existing relationships and create new relationships with colleges, vocational schools, and professional organizations to attract and recruit current students and alumni. Maintains compliance with all federal, state and local regulations, including proper disposition of candidates and document retention. Develop a training tracking system to document employee participation and level. Develop job descriptions in coordination with management through job analysis.
