- Provide technical expertise in semiconductor materials and processes to support customers in the semiconductor industry.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers to showcase our advanced technologies.
- Conduct product trainings and workshops for customers to ensure optimal utilization of our products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in semiconductor research and development to contribute to product development and improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on customer interactions, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote our products and services.
- Participate in product development projects by providing valuable insights and feedback from customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to ensure seamless integration of customer feedback and needs into product development and improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
- Embody the company's values and promote a positive image of the company in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their technical and communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biochemistry.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Scientific Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Scientific Role, Preferably In The Biotech Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Sdb (Single-Cell Dna Barcoding) Technology And Its Applications In Research And Development.
Experience With Data Analysis And Interpretation, Including Proficiency In Relevant Software And Programming Languages.
