As a Buyer II, you will play a key role in procurement and supply chain management, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services for our organization.   1. Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Responsible for managing the procurement process and supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services for the organization.
  2. Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable and high-quality supply of goods and services.
  3. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best terms and pricing for the organization.
  4. Purchase Order Processing: Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently according to established procedures and guidelines.
  5. Cost Management: Monitor and analyze procurement and supply chain costs to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  6. Inventory Management: Work closely with inventory management team to ensure optimal levels of inventory and avoid stock shortages.
  7. Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and management by providing accurate and timely cost information.
  8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and best practices.
  9. Operational Excellence: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to drive operational excellence.
  10. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and quality to ensure smooth and efficient procurement and supply chain operations.
  11. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  12. Reporting: Prepare and present procurement and supply chain reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
  13. Training and Development: Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high-performing and knowledgeable procurement team.
  14. Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach by understanding and meeting the needs of internal stakeholders and external customers.
  15. Adherence to Company Values: Uphold the company's values and culture in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Negotiation Skills And Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Purchasing.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Experience With Procurement Software.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain And Procurement Best Practices, Including Cost Analysis And Inventory Management.
