Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Buyer/Planner Role, Preferably In A Scientific Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Procurement And Inventory Management Processes, Including Sourcing, Vendor Management, And Demand Planning.
Proficiency In Using Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Microsoft Excel For Data Analysis And Reporting.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders, And Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Priorities.
