  1. Lead and manage the feasibility process for clinical trials, including designing and implementing strategies to ensure successful execution of key programs.
  2. Oversee and coordinate the feasibility study design and execution, including identifying potential sites, assessing patient populations, and managing timelines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of clinical program goals and objectives.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical sites, investigators, and vendors.
  5. Monitor and analyze data to identify potential risks and issues related to feasibility and provide timely recommendations for mitigation.
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for all feasibility-related inquiries and communications.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and processes for the feasibility program.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of feasibility studies to senior management.
  9. Support the development and implementation of innovative and cutting-edge solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical programs.
  10. Mentor and train junior staff members on best practices for feasibility study design and management.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Scientific Discipline Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Bioengineering

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Trial Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Feasibility Processes, Including Site Identification And Selection, Patient Recruitment, And Protocol Development

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously

  • Proven Experience In Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Investigators, Study Coordinators, And Cross-Functional Teams
