  1. Conducting and overseeing clinical trials in accordance with protocol and regulatory requirements.
  2. Ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  3. Recruiting and screening potential study participants.
  4. Managing study documents and maintaining accurate and organized records.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including physicians, scientists, and statisticians, to develop and implement study protocols.
  6. Conducting site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits at clinical trial sites.
  7. Identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of a clinical trial.
  8. Reviewing and analyzing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  9. Participating in data management activities, including data entry and cleaning.
  10. Communicating with study sponsors and investigators to provide updates on study progress and address any queries.
  11. Contributing to the preparation of study reports and publications.
  12. Staying current on industry regulations and best practices in clinical research.
  13. Participating in training and mentoring of junior staff members.
  14. Representing the company at conferences and professional meetings.
  15. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Or Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Nursing.

  • Strong Understanding Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Data Management And Analysis, With Experience Using Electronic Data Capture (Edc) Systems And Statistical Software.
