  1. Coordinate and manage clinical research projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  2. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including study sponsors, investigators, and study site staff.
  3. Support the development and maintenance of study documentation, including protocols, informed consent forms, and study manuals.
  4. Assist with study site selection, initiation, and monitoring activities.
  5. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
  6. Track and report study progress and milestones.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve study issues and challenges.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date study files and records.
  9. Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge of clinical trial processes.
  10. Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality in clinical trial management.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  12. Uphold company values and represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  14. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare, Life Sciences, Or Clinical Research.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Coordination Or Project Management.

  • Proficient In Ich-Gcp Guidelines And Fda Regulations.

  • Experience With Clinical Trial Management Software And Systems, Such As Ctms And Edc.
