- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth for the Medical Specialties Division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct market research and gather insights to inform commercial strategies and initiatives.
- Lead the development of sales and marketing plans to support commercial objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales and marketing skills of team members.
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies to optimize commercial operations.
- Provide guidance and direction to sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with commercial strategies.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of commercial initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on commercial performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure the division remains competitive in the market.
- Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing and results-driven culture.
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Continuously seek out new ways to improve commercial excellence within the division.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales And Marketing, With A Focus On Commercial Strategy And Execution.
Knowledge And Experience In The Life Sciences Industry, Particularly In The Areas Of Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Or Medical Devices.
