  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships in line with the company's overall growth strategy.
  2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for corporate development.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners and target companies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate potential deals and negotiate terms and conditions.
  5. Oversee the due diligence process and ensure all necessary information is gathered and analyzed.
  6. Develop financial models and projections to evaluate the potential impact of deals on the company's financial performance.
  7. Present recommendations and updates to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  8. Monitor and track industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  9. Lead integration efforts for acquired companies, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transition and alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve corporate development processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Represent the company in external events and conferences to network and promote corporate development initiatives.
  12. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.

Job Qualifications
