- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and acquisition targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Lead the evaluation and due diligence process for potential acquisitions, including financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integration plans for completed acquisitions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the M&A process.
- Manage relationships with external advisors, such as investment banks and legal counsel.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to M&A activities.
- Act as a subject matter expert on M&A best practices and share expertise with team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Or Management Consulting.
Strong Financial Modeling And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Evaluate Complex Financial Models.
Experience With Mergers And Acquisitions, Including Conducting Due Diligence, Performing Valuation Analysis, And Managing Deal Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Various Stakeholders And Manage Relationships With External Partners.
