  1. Conduct clinical trial activities: Conduct various tasks related to clinical trials, such as site selection, initiation and monitoring, data collection and analysis, and study close-out.
  2. Ensure compliance: Ensure that all clinical trial activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  3. Coordinate with study sites: Communicate with study sites to schedule and coordinate visits, provide support and training, and resolve any issues that arise during the trial.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized records: Maintain accurate and organized records of all clinical trial activities, including study documents, data collection forms, and correspondence with study sites.
  5. Monitor patient safety: Monitor patient safety throughout the trial and promptly report any adverse events or deviations from the protocol.
  6. Review and analyze data: Review and analyze study data to ensure accuracy and completeness, and identify any trends or potential issues.
  7. Support study team: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of clinical trials, including study design, protocol development, and study report writing.
  8. Stay current with regulations: Stay informed about current regulations and industry trends related to clinical research to ensure compliance and best practices are followed.
  9. Participate in meetings and trainings: Attend team meetings and participate in trainings to share knowledge, provide updates, and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Drive innovation: Use your expertise and knowledge to identify and implement innovative approaches to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical research processes.
  11. Promote a positive team culture: Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that values diversity, open communication, and continuous learning.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmacology.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Similar Role.

  • Proficiency In Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes And Protocols.
