Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Train And Coach Employees At All Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Customer Service Training Programs.
