- Manage and maintain large amounts of data for Thermo Fisher Scientific, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security at all times.
- Develop and implement data management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and review data entry and data quality, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements, and provide data support as necessary.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data is up-to-date and in compliance with company standards.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies in data management, and make recommendations for implementation.
- Train and support team members on data management processes and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to data management systems.
- Maintain and update data management documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all data in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Participate in data migration and integration projects as needed.
- Monitor and track data usage and storage to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates on data management initiatives and progress.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve data management processes and systems.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Management Or Database Administration.
Proficiency In Database Management Systems, Such As Sql, Oracle, And Mysql.
Strong Understanding Of Data Security And Privacy Regulations, Such As Gdpr And Hipaa.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Data Issues Efficiently.
