Director Group Marketing, Life Sciences

This role is responsible to direct all marketing operations functions, including digital marketing, creative services, trade shows and events and Americas regional marketing programs. Lead cross-functional teams charged with planning, designing and implementing marketing initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives. Understand the strategic plans and objectives of six life science businesses. Align with marketing leadership across all businesses to develop support solutions across all demand and marketing activities. Utilize practical process improvement to drive operational effectiveness, productivity and streamlined processes, continuously improving performance and delivery to the business. Represent and align business requirements across global businesses, corporate marketing and regional marketing. Drive strong sales and marketing alignment with initiatives and processes that support strong lead management, improved lead quality, enhanced data quality and tools and templates.
