
Downstream Process Engineer

The ideal candidate has at least a bachelor's degree in engineering, with a focus in chemical, biological, or bioprocess engineering, and experience in downstream process development. Responsibilities for a Downstream Process Engineer:
- Develop innovative downstream processes that adhere to industry regulations and standards.
- Utilize technical knowledge to identify and resolve production problems.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of downstream processes to ensure they meet standards and requirements.
- Train personnel on the operation and maintenance of downstream processes.
- Participate in the design of experimental methods and process optimization.
- Prepare technical reports, data analysis, and documentation of process development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement new processes and technologies.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing processes to improve safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Monitor and report on the performance of downstream processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
