
Engineer II, Manufacturing Engineering

- Develop and implement new manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues in the manufacturing process.
- Utilize engineering principles and techniques to analyze data and identify areas for process improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Train and educate production staff on new processes and procedures.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new equipment and tools for the manufacturing process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies and techniques into the manufacturing process.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment for manufacturing processes.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on progress and address any concerns.
- Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion within established timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Continuously strive to identify and implement cost-saving measures in the manufacturing process.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role.
Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Engineering Design And Documentation.
Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
