  1. Develop and implement new manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues in the manufacturing process.
  3. Utilize engineering principles and techniques to analyze data and identify areas for process improvement.
  4. Create and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  5. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  6. Train and educate production staff on new processes and procedures.
  7. Assist in the design and implementation of new equipment and tools for the manufacturing process.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies and techniques into the manufacturing process.
  9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing principles.
  10. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment for manufacturing processes.
  11. Ensure all manufacturing processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on progress and address any concerns.
  13. Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion within established timelines.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
  15. Continuously strive to identify and implement cost-saving measures in the manufacturing process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Engineering Design And Documentation.

  • Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
