  1. Utilize technical expertise to identify and implement process improvements in manufacturing.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans for process improvement projects.
  3. Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and quality.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to manufacturing processes.
  5. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures.
  7. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
  8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
  9. Maintain a strong focus on quality and compliance with company standards and regulations.
  10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and recommendations.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
  13. Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide engineering support and expertise.
  14. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a safe work environment.
  15. Act as a technical resource for the manufacturing team and provide guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Engineering Tools.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Machining, Assembly, And Testing.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Recommend Solutions For Complex Manufacturing Issues.
