- Conduct validation activities for new and existing products, including writing and executing validation protocols and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain validation plans and procedures in compliance with industry and company standards.
- Perform risk assessments and identify potential areas for improvement in product design, processes, and systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all validation activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to validation engineering.
- Train and mentor junior team members on validation practices.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on validation progress and results.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes and procedures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Focus On Validation And Quality Assurance.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Validation, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Such As Cgmp, Fda, And Ich.
Proficiency In Validation Protocols, Reports, And Documentation, As Well As Validation Equipment And Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
