  • Conduct validation activities for new and existing products, including writing and executing validation protocols and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain validation plans and procedures in compliance with industry and company standards.
  • Perform risk assessments and identify potential areas for improvement in product design, processes, and systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all validation activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to validation engineering.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on validation practices.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on validation progress and results.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes and procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Focus On Validation And Quality Assurance.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Validation, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Such As Cgmp, Fda, And Ich.

  • Proficiency In Validation Protocols, Reports, And Documentation, As Well As Validation Equipment And Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
