- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process.
- Design, test, and optimize manufacturing equipment and tools.
- Monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry and company standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
- Participate in new product development and introduction to manufacturing.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures in the manufacturing process.
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry advancements to continuously improve manufacturing processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians.
- Evaluate and select suppliers for materials and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Support company values and culture, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, Preferably Within The Life Sciences Or Medical Device Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Such As Machining, Injection Molding, And Assembly.
Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Design For Manufacturability (Dfm) Principles.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Reduce Costs.
