  1. Provide technical support and expertise to customers on Thermo Fisher Scientific products and services.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct on-site visits and demonstrations to showcase Thermo Fisher Scientific products and capabilities.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of engineering principles.
  5. Train and educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of Thermo Fisher Scientific products, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for customers.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, and communicate relevant information to customers and internal teams.
  8. Travel to customer sites as needed, providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  9. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to support customer interactions.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert for Thermo Fisher Scientific products, providing insights and recommendations for product improvements and enhancements.
  11. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and inform product development strategies.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring all customer interactions are conducted with integrity and professionalism.
  13. Collaborate with sales teams to support business development efforts and drive revenue growth.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and customer experience, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, Preferably In Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer-Facing Technical Role, Preferably As A Field Applications Engineer.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience In The Use And Troubleshooting Of Scientific Instruments And Equipment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Technical Information To Customers And Internal Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Complex Projects, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Meet Tight Deadlines.
