  1. Provide technical support and expertise to customers in the semiconductor industry.

  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers on the use and application of our technology.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in semiconductor technology to provide cutting-edge solutions.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to identify and address customer needs.
  8. Provide feedback and insights from customers to inform product development and improvement.
  9. Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support and training.
  10. Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at industry events and conferences to showcase our technology and build relationships with potential customers.
