In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative products and solutions to a diverse customer base. We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field and at least 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
  4. Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base and increase sales opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  7. Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasting.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and support, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  9. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives by effectively managing time, resources, and priorities.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and brand.
  11. Conduct regular business reviews and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  12. Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on new technologies to effectively communicate product value to customers.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including pricing guidelines and sales processes.
  14. Travel within assigned territory to meet with customers and attend meetings and events as required.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the company's values and reputation in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Sales.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Field Sales, Preferably In The Scientific Industry.

  • Proficient In Using Sales Techniques And Strategies To Successfully Close Deals And Meet Sales Targets.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Knowledge Of The Scientific Industry And Understanding Of The Products And Services Offered By Thermo Fisher Scientific.
