- Provide exceptional customer service and support for Thermo Fisher Scientific products.
- Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues for customers.
- Conduct on-site installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance for products.

- Train and educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, expenses, and inventory.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Field Service Or Related Technical Role.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Troubleshooting Skills In Scientific Instrumentation.
Ability To Work Independently And Travel Up To 75% Of The Time.
