- Perform onsite installation, maintenance, and repair of laboratory automation equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to lab automation systems, including hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions to optimize their laboratory workflows.
- Conduct training for customers on the operation and maintenance of lab automation equipment.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in laboratory automation technology and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems.
- Work closely with the sales team to support new business opportunities and provide technical expertise during the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of service activities, including service reports and customer communication.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to provide onsite support and service.
- Uphold the company's standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and responsiveness.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, Or Equivalent Work Experience
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Lab Automation Or Field Service
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, Or C++
Experience With Laboratory Automation Equipment And Systems, Such As Liquid Handlers And Robotic Arms
