Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lab Kitting Associate - Co-Op at Thermo Fisher Scientific. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and accurate preparation of laboratory kits for our customers. As a Co-Op, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while contributing to the success of our global company.   1. Prepare laboratory kits accurately and efficiently for our customers.
  2. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of all kits.
  3. Follow standard operating procedures and protocols to ensure consistency in kit preparation.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure kits are completed in a timely manner to meet customer deadlines.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of kit components to ensure availability for kit assembly.
  6. Keep accurate records of kit preparation and inventory management.
  7. Identify and communicate any issues or discrepancies with kit components to the appropriate team members.
  8. Assist in the development and improvement of kit preparation processes.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  10. Take initiative to learn and develop new skills in laboratory kit preparation.
  11. Act as a representative of Thermo Fisher Scientific and maintain professionalism and strong work ethic.
  12. Contribute to the success of the company by consistently delivering high-quality products to our customers.
