Job Description

Drive the processes for product creation, maintenance and discontinuation through our change control workflows. Identify approvers for all workflows by collaborating with the members of the Quality organization across the business. Investigate and identify root causes of technical issues and collaborate with other functional partners to implement corrective and preventative actions. Find opportunities to automate manual, repetitive processes using technology and process improvement tools. Develop and deliver PLM training to partners in all regions and functions including PDM team members, manufacturing, compliance, planning, procurement, product management, and customer service. May be assigned to support updating of PDM referenced documentation such as site-specific approval matrices.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Change Control desirable.

  • Applied technical knowledge of handling Bill of Material (BOM) structures, Product Lifecycle Management and ERP/MRP systems is helpful

  • Good understanding of the functions of Agile, Oracle, E1 as well as SAP 4.7

  • Ability to initiate own tasks with input/guidance from manager.
