
Lead QC Technician

- Oversee and manage the quality control processes for scientific products, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Identify and document any quality issues or deviations and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Train and mentor junior QC technicians on quality control processes and procedures.
- Communicate quality control results and findings to relevant stakeholders, including management and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to address quality issues and implement process improvements.
- Manage and maintain all QC equipment and ensure they are calibrated and functioning properly.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality control and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Participate in new product development and launch activities, providing input on quality control requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities and results.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Biology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Quality Control Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment.
Knowledge Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience With Fda Audits And Inspections.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Various Laboratory Instruments And Techniques.
Leadership Experience And Ability To Effectively Manage And Train A Team Of Qc Technicians.
