Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Life Sciences Field, Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Chemistry.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Laboratory Or Research Setting, With A Strong Understanding Of Scientific Principles And Techniques.
Experience Working With Laboratory Equipment And Instrumentation, Including Troubleshooting And Maintenance.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Concepts To Diverse Audiences.
